Graham Brimson

Head of Commercial

Graham is an experienced and commercially focused senior Sales and Operational business leader, with over 30 years operating at a Senior Leadership and Executive level. Since leaving the Royal Navy, Graham has operated at all levels within commercial organisations from Service Engineer to Regional Director. Graham joined the Corserv Group in October 2019 and moved to Corserv Facilities as Head of Commercial in April 2022.

Darren Gunn

Director of Operations

Darren is an experienced Director with over thirty years construction and maintenance industry experience, which includes over twelve years operating at Senior Management, Senior Leadership and Executive level. Darren started in the construction industry in 1990 undertaking a four-year carpentry and joinery apprenticeship with E Thomas Construction. Since then he has operated at all levels from Supervisor to Managing Director. Darren joined the Corserv Group in July 2021, moving to Corserv Facilities in April 2022.

Tim Chapman

Head of Hard Services

Tim has been working in Facilities and Building Services for over 18 years. He started his career by completing an apprenticeship in the commercial heating and ventilation building services sector. He went on to obtain various domestic and commercial gas qualifications, gaining important operational industry experience; ultimately shaping his leadership style and contributing to the success of the teams he now leads. Having successfully completed an MBA, and Senior Leaders Degree Apprenticeship leading to Chartered Managers Status, he is passionate about development, mentoring, and quality. Tim is a positive and trusted leader that prides himself on integrity and delivering a safe, profitable and first-class service.

Health and Safety Manager

Marcus Rose MSc, BSc (Hons), DipNEBOSH, CMIOSH, GradIEMA, manages and provides efficient and effective facilitation of all Health, Safety and Environmental management systems to Corserv Facilities. Marcus has additional experience in Quality, Modern Slavery, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Equality and Diversity processes. Marcus has strong management leadership skills with over 10 years’ experience. He implements, consults and applies training delivery in Health, Safety and Environmental across a diverse range of complex industries from manufacturing, construction and care.

Mark Allen

Head of Capital Projects

Mark is a professionally qualified civil engineer and senior manager with extensive multidisciplinary experience within the construction industry and has worked in both the public and private sector. Mark began his career as a trainee highway maintenance operative over 37 years ago and he quickly progressed his career by becoming a site engineer working on a wide range of construction projects from new buildings to civil engineering infrastructure projects before going into management. He also has extensive management experience working in the highway and water industry sector. Mark has been a registered Incorporated Engineer with the Engineering Council since 1999 and has an MBA in operation management after successfully completing his CMI L7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership in 2011. He is also an accredited NEC3 and NEC4 Project Manager and holds PRINCE2 (2017) Foundation Certificate in Project Management. Mark joined Corserv Facilities as Head of Capital Projects in August 2022.
