We are happy to share that, Corserv Facilities works on repurposing Chough House, a former office block have been completed and the building is now providing emergency housing in Cornwall.
This premises will now house vulnerable people, who find themselves without a home or are at risk, proving them a safe, warm place to stay.
The refurbishment project was completed by Corserv Facilities and involved converting a former three-storey office block, into a safe place-to-stay facility with nine single bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, including one accessible bedroom on the ground floor.
This project also included installing both solar panels and air source heating pumps to reduce the carbon footprint and running costs of the building.
