"We cannot thank him or praise him enough"

We’ve recently received a compliment from a happy client for Corserv Facilities.

They said:

“I’m just writing with some positives as a tenant who had to have an emergency call out last night due to electrical issues.

Ross, who turned up very quickly after we called was incredible from the moment he entered the property. He was very friendly and proactive.

Not only did he make us feel at ease with something that could have potentially been very dangerous, but he waited the entire time whilst national grid did their work and then came to see us afterwards to inform us of what had happened and to check we was ok.

Though he had some struggles with contacting EDF, knowing we had four children in the house, he continued to make contact until he got through to someone so it could get sorted last night, which is exactly what happened. Ross made sure our safety was paramount and was checking we were ok at all times.

I just thought it would be nice for you to hear and for Ross also to have some positive feedback, as he really did his job and more. It was really nice to have somebody so lovely helping with the issue and we cannot thank him or praise him enough.”
