In a world in which property costs are spiralling and many people are struggling to afford their own homes, we believe it’s vital not just to build more, but to make better use of the housing stock we already have.
At Corserv Facilities, we have decades of experience in bringing vacant, neglected and rundown buildings back to life. We have repaired and restored all kinds of properties, including private houses, local authority homes, flats and houses in multiple occupation (HMO). We pride ourselves on providing the highest standards while also offering value for money.
Much of our work happens between tenancy transfers, renovating properties to ensure that they are clean, safe, comfortable and compliant with legal letting standards.
We undertake all internal and external works, as well as garden and property clearance, repair of utilities, structural and roofing repairs and even asbestos removal.
Working closely with landlords, planners, housing officers and H&I surveyors, we draw up a detailed plan of action for the repair of each property before starting work. Throughout the renovation process, we handle all the repairs and provide full project management, with a dedicated supervisor onsite to keep everyone informed about the state of the work and the delivery timeframe.
If unexpected issues crop up during the renovation, we discuss these immediately with our clients, and recommend a remedial course of action to keep the work on track.
Finally, before handing back to landlords, we undertake a full property check to ensure nothing’s been missed, and that the home is 100% ready for its new occupiers.
We know that houses aren’t just buildings, they’re homes – and we’re committed to helping more people have a safe, secure place that they can call their own.
