Shortlisting

Your application will be assessed by our recruiting managers. Our assessment is based on how your knowledge and skills match with the requirements of the role.

Interview

If you are successful at shortlisting, well done! You will be notified by the recruitment team and you will receive details about your interview. This will be by email so make sure you keep an eye out.

We hold interviews face to face and digitally via Microsoft Teams. Our interviews are competency-based with structured questions related to the role profile. They are a chance for our managers to get a sense of your personal approach.

As part of the interview there may also be an interview task such as, a presentation or an assessment.

You will also be asked to bring with you;

  • your proof right to work in the UK
  • qualification certificates relevant to the role
  • DBS ID (if the role requires it)

We may invite you back to a second stage interview – this is not the case for all our roles.

Offer

Our recruitment team, or the team you’ve applied to, will soon be in touch to let you know the outcome. If you’re a good match for the role, then we’ll offer you the job and your offer will be sent through to you via email.

Pre-employment checks

You will now hear from our onboarding team; they will be in contact with you and ask you to complete our new joiner pack. This will include employment checks relevant to the role such;

  • DBS checks
  • health assessment
  • references
  • ID checks

Once all checks and paperwork is complete we will agree your start date.
